Cup printing in letterset or dry offset
Dry offset is an indirect printing process that only has its name in common with the well-known offset printing. We use letterpress plates and transfer up to eight Pantone colours to the cup via a rubber blanket.
This printing method is not a standard solution. We will therefore gladly check the feasibility of your individual requirements in advance.
Data processing and press proof
The supplied data is professionally converted by us for cup printing and processed for an optimal printing result. For approval you will receive a PDF and/or proof from us. Depending on the recipe and material used, cups can appear differently. In line with our quality standards and those of our customers, we print each new motif, compare it with the approved proof and send you sample cups before the initial production.
Please send us open data including the fonts. This is the only way we can make necessary modifications to compensate for the distortion caused by pressure on the conical cup shape. We use standard software from Adobe and Esko.
