In order to secure the highest quality of the primary packaging we produce we have adopted a comprehensive quality management system (QMS) which comprises all the essential elements of DIN EN ISO 9001.
Each individual employee contributes to the quality of our products through his/her daily work and is aware of the responsibility it entails. This is underlined through the agreement of aims whereby productivity aims and quality aims go hand in hand with each other.

Of central importance in our QMS is the continual improvement of all processes, products and operations, which we achieve through our internal auditing, annual management reviews and an internal continual improvement process. A close-meshed performance measurement system helps us to evaluate our processes and to identify and eliminate systematic and organisational weaknesses.

In order to be able to deliver products of the highest quality right down to the end user, we consider it to be absolutely necessary to integrate the whole supply chain. For this reason we always have an open ear for the problems of our suppliers and aspire to a fair relationship for the mutual benefit of our customers and suppliers.
